A man in hospital scrubs threw a toddler from a pedestrian overpass onto a freeway humming with traffic. The 2-year-old boy fell 30 feet to the asphalt and was pronounced dead at the scene. See Video

FDA Warns Again Against Cold Medicines For Young Children
The Food and Drug Administration is announcing Thursday that parents should not give over-the-counter cough and cold medicines to children under the age of two. The warning is being issued over concerns that "serious and potentially life-threatening side effects can occur."
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 1,500 babies and toddler ended up in emergency rooms over a two-year period because of side effects from the drugs.
The makers of several over-the-counter cold medicines made for children are voluntarily pulling their products from the shelves. See Video
