In Istanbul, Turkey, scuffles broke out between Turkish and Croatian soccer fans as Turkey defeated Croatia 3-1 on penalty kicks to advance to the semi-finals of Euro 2008. The match was played in Vienna, and fans saw it via satellite. See Video
